No — the freezer is on loan from Arce Dairy through our Freezer Loan Program. You can continue using it at no extra charge as long as you meet the monthly quota for your freezer size. To maintain the quality of our ice cream, please keep the freezer in good condition and use it exclusively for Arce Dairy products.
Yes — our ice cream is best enjoyed within 12 months from the production date. Each tub is clearly labeled with the expiry date for your safety and quality assurance.
If you don’t meet the quota, the freezer will be recalled. But don’t worry — you can reapply for the Freezer Loan Program once you’re ready to meet the requirements again.
Yes! You can mix and match flavors in your order as long as you meet the minimum gallons per delivery for your location.
Yes. Provincial deliveries are available, but they require a higher minimum order per delivery (20 gallons).
No, for food safety reasons we don’t accept returns of opened or unopened ice cream. We recommend ordering manageable quantities based on your sales flow.
